| Goen Appointed Netlink Director of IT Operations |

| SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN (July 30, 2007) |

| Netlink, a leading information technology and business process solutions provider, announced today the appointment of William J. Goen as director of IT operations for its global IT infrastructure operations. The appointment is effective immediately according to Dilip Dubey, Netlink CEO. |

| Goen comes to Netlink from Lafarge North America in Bingham Farms where he held positions of regional IT manager, director of technical support and director of technical infrastructure support. In his new capacity, Goen will be a direct report to Anurag Shrivastava, Netlink CTO, and he will be a member of the executive business council. |

| Goen boasts more than 30 years of IT experience. He began his IT career as a hardware engineer at the University of Michigan Computer Center in 1977. He joined Applicon, Inc., a producer of CAD/CAM software, in Ann Arbor in 1981 and was named senior manager of operations in 1991. |

| In August 1993, he joined McKesson Pharmacy Systems in Livonia serving as director of strategic initiatives until he joined Lafarge in late 1999. |

| Goen holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in manufacturing technology from Eastern Michigan University. He is a past president of the Westland Figure Skating Club, Detroit Metro Council of Figure Skating Clubs and the Tri State Council of Figure Skating Clubs and is a music official for United States Figure Skating. |
